For the salad

cup
salad mix, washed

fresh strawberries

English cucumber

Greek feta cheese
fresh mint leaves, to taste
For the dressing

teaspoon
olive oil
1
teaspoon
honey

teaspoons
lime juice
Instructions
Wash and drain the salad, then cut it into bite-sized chunks. In a serving bowl, add the salad mix as the base.
Arrange the sliced strawberries and cucumber on top of the salad mix.
Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the salad.
Cut fresh mint leaves into small pieces and scatter them over the salad.
To make the salad dressing, in a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and olive oil until well combined.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad, or serve it on the side for individual preference.
Toss the salad gently to ensure all the ingredients are coated with the dressing.
