Instructions
In a heated skillet over medium heat, add the chopped kimchi. Cook until caramelized, stirring continuously for 3-4 minutes.
In the same skillet, add a little oil and cook the hot dogs until slightly browned, for 4-5 minutes.
Turn off the heat, then place 1-2 slices of cheddar cheese over each hot dog. Cover with a lid and let the cheese melt.
Place the cooked hot dog inside the bun, then top with the caramelized kimchi. Sprinkle with green onion and sesame seeds.
Serve with mustard and kimchi mayo or ketchup.
