Instructions
Make the Chai Base
Pour the chai tea concentrate into a tall glass. Add ice if you're making an iced latte.
Prepare the Pumpkin Spice Cream
Add the milk, heavy cream, pumpkin spice sauce, and chai syrup to a medium bowl.
Whip the mixture with an electric whisk or milk frother until it thickens to soft, pourable peaks.
Assemble the Latte
Pour the cold semi-skimmed milk into a large serving glass.
Slowly pour the pumpkin spice cream over the drink.
Sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top and serve immediately.
