Extra crunchy and delicious Easter Puppy Chow made with white chocolate and peanut butter. This recipe is really easy to make and perfect for snacking!
In a glass bowl, add the chocolate chips. Microwave in short 30 seconds intervals, mixing in between until the chocolate is fully melted.
Add in the peanut butter, unsalted butter and salt, then mix well until fully combined. If needed, microwave for an extra 15-20 seconds to melt the butter. Mix in the vanilla extract at the end.
Place the Chex cereals into a large bowl, then pour the chocolate mixture on top. Stir with a wooden spoon or spatula to coat the cereals in the mixture.
Add the powdered sugar into a large ziplock bag, then add the coated cereals as well. If the bag is too small, do this step in 2 batches. Shake the bag well to fully coat the cereal in sugar.
Transfer puppy chow to a serving dish, then garnish with mini Easter eggs or M&M candy.
